As a result of the wild spread of
"Christianity" across the West,
apocalyptic thinking is rife
even among the professed
non-believers.

"These are the end of times"
Are you another one of those?
You repeat the stalest Western stew
Of apocalypse and woes

"These are the direst times"
But movies are not science class
You've consumed far too much fiction
And not enough of the facts

Well, no, not if you study it.
Religion taught you apocalypse
And the idea won't loosen its grip
