What right do you have to say I don't have
The right to live my life free?
Six musty black robes sit on a bench
Dictating, decreeing, and damning to dare
No one should ever wield so much power
Over lives they crush without care
So back off your chair, back off your church
Get out of our lives with your rules
Go back to your rooms and don't you come out
And keep your hands off our schools
You've lied and deceived all the way into power
You think that you earned for your "wisdom"
Well liars don't deserve our ears for an hour
Or their fingers all over our freedom
These robes unimpeachable sit stern until death
A court of inquisitors who exhibit no guilt
Uprooting and burning every tree in their path
Ruthless destruction of all we have built
My body my self my soul my fire
It's my life - no - none of your right
My body my self my soul my fire
It's my life - no - none of your right
My body, my soul, my self, my fire
My body, my self, my life I'm on fire
My body my soul, it's my life and fire
To live, to love, is all I desire
We'll be ok, we'll be all right
We're gonna shut this down hard
One of these nights
What right do you have to say I don't have
The right to live my life free?
